Windows 7 Send Link By Email Greyed Out

I have ie9 set as default browser. I have my email defaulted, as use my current email address. I rebooted after these setting changes. Yet both 'Send Page by Email' and 'Send Link by Email' are still greyed out.Link Removed - Invalid URL Does anyone have an answer on how to activate (ungrey) these 2 commands?

When you selected your defaults, did you also check the box for "Enable access to this program"?
