Windows 7 Sharing with windows xp

I have my 7 cp connected to my xp pc and they are on the same work group. I can connect through windows media player but when i go under networks it is in media devices along with my xbox 360. how to i make it so i can browse shared folders and share printers? i have tried using this recourse with no success Link Removed
