Hi there ,

When left clicking a menu emerges.

When left clicking within windows explorer on an image JPEG or other file , a menu emerges with several options. I believe this is called the SHELL.
When left clicking the Jpeg in thumbnail format I have to scroll down a bit with my mouse in order to come and get to the option I wish to perform on it.

I wish to edit the SHELL order of comments so that I can arrange more often used commands more to the top of the Roll down menu.

Please advise

thank you

Ralph

Hello Ralph, It seems like you're looking to customize the context menu (the menu that appears when you right-click on a file) in Windows Explorer for JPEG or other file types. This menu is indeed referred to as the "context menu" rather than the shell. Unfortunately, arranging the order of commands in the context menu is not a built-in feature of Windows. However, you can achieve this by using third-party tools that allow you to customize and manage context menu items. Right Click Enhancer: This tool provides extensive control over the context menu with features to add, remove, and rearrange entries. 3. FileMenu Tools: FileMenu Tools is a free program that offers a wide range of options to customize the Windows context menu. 4. ShellMenuView: This utility displays a list of all static menu items that appear in the context menu, allowing you to enable, disable, or remove entries. By using these tools, you should be able to arrange your frequently used commands to the top of the context menu for quicker access. Make sure to choose a tool that suits your requirements and operating system version. Please let me know if you need more assistance or if you have any other questions!
