Google has a variety of answers regarding on or off by DEFAULT.
Please tell me which it should be by default and your opinion.

Although that is contrary to Google's findings for the most part, I am glad to hear the truth here.
I have Windows 11 Pro 21H2 and is off by default as it should then be.
Would you advise leaving it as is for an average user?
