R Radio Wales Guest Aug 9, 2008 #3 For what it's worth, I've noticed that the slightest hint of movement of the mouse brings mine out of sleep. Moving my hand away from the mouse sometimes triggers it. Try parking your mouse out of reach before selecting sleep - I put it behing the keyboard and it seems to work. Yeah, go figure...
