Windows 10 SmartTaskbar Windows 10...............

Hi... I need your guys help. SmartTaskbar is working fine for me. But after some tweaks on the OS, i wanted it to do something like:
When I go to the Desktop, it should hide the Taskbar whereas when using any application, it should unhide. Right now, the case is vice versa i.e. when I go to the Desktop, it unhides the Taskbar whereas when using any application, it hides.
Please help me out so that I can alter this functionality. Screenshots of current screen are attached. Thank you.

I do not know about Rhus but the software I am using is SmartTaskbar (for Windows 10).

It is also available on Windows Store. But the point is it only does the hiding unhiding thing as coded. Is there any way to alter the behavior?
