Windows 8 Some sites not loading properly but 99% do?

Hi. I am having problems viewing video at a couple of sites I've tried - specifically ABC and TikTok but no problem at any other site I've tried like Youtube or Netflix. Also sometimes having problems loading captchas and comments on occassion. Some type of connection issue? Any assistance greatly appreciated.

I think so. ABC and TikTok may well be overloaded and getting slow. If they work well on non busy hours, i.e. mornings on workingdays you have a proof.

It could be part of the SolarWinds aftermath hack. I and a few others have noticed that MS Edge has slowed considerably......the guess is, since MS was part of the hack.....some sort of measures were put in place. That's just the cumulative theory as of now.
