Windows 7 Sound scheme not working

Hello guys, i was looking for the solution to my problem through google but nothing works.

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate build 7600. My problem is all the sound schemes does not play except for windows default. I cant remember when this started but they worked before. Now all i can get is the windows default scheme. I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me solve the problem.

I searched the forum using sound scheme as keywords to find the solution to my problem but I could not find anything.

Please help me with this guys, it kinda bug me.

Did you try Control Panel > Classic items view > Sound > Schemes > revert to default ?

im sorry i could not really understand your question. How do i get my control panel to show classic items view in windows 7? And i couldnt find the "scheme" tab as you mentioned. Im not really used to windows 7 yet.
