We have several different clients with different PC's who are having trouble with using their speakers. They are not listed in Device Manager at all. We've tried installing new drivers. Using different USB ports. We suspect its something to do with a Windows update so we rolled back updates and nothing. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
 

For my understanding, ar you connecting your speakers to USB ports?
Which speakers are it?
