Windows 7 Starter to Home Primium?

Starter to Home Premium ?

Just purchased an HP Mini 110 last week , and they have added an option to add Windows 7 (Starter) as an OS. My question is; I have downloaded W7 Home Premium(Retail) and its on a flash drive. Would I be able to easily upgrade Starter to that? If so how? Just run the setup file? Or will it cause problems( like make me lose everything, no wifi, etc...)?

As long as you don't use custom install I can't see how it would remove your programs or setings or files. But I DO NOT KNOW FOR SURE. I just can't reason how Microsoft would dare to format or do anything that could cause loss of data from the upgrade option. They would be getting millions of angry calls.
