After a few hours of Windows 7, Sticky Notes broke!

At startup I get the error message "Not able to launch Sticky Notes. Issue with accessing the file.(Quit)"

I also get the same message whenever trying to open the application, or when using C:\Windows\system32\StikyNot.exe run as Administrator.

Tried it, but the file itself won't open. I can't delete it either, as I don't have permission (even as admin). I also tried reinstalling Windows 7, but no luck.

Not sure if there is any way to fix/reinstall this quickly... any advice?

418kb is the size of the file that is there.

If you can't launch sticky notes (Start->Sticky Notes) even after reinstalling your system, then it's probably not possible at all. :( Make sure your 7 DVD is not corrupted.

Try:

1. Create a new administrator account, Control Panel -> User Accounts.

2. Insert 7 disk -> Command Prompt -> type sfc /scannow to scan the whole disk. Some chance it'll help.
