After updating my processor from an AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+ to an AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ my computer freezes and shortly afterwards a Stop Error Screen pops up. The attached photo is what it looks like. I reset the computer and after a short period of time, it pops up again. This does not happen using Windows XP Pro. Any thoughts? Thanks.
