Strange Messages only when on the forum.

Today, and maybe yesterday, on this forum I have been getting a popup Notepad window about some type of error. I was thinking it was one of the advertisements on the pages that trigger it. I have posted the pictures below. Anyone have any guesses?

I have not tried changing any of the popup blocking settings. Hopefully it is not some type of virus...
