Windows 7 suspect a trojan

HELLO EVERYONE. HELP NEEDED!
pc became very slow, so I reboot it. Never came back on. Jams at the opening with "DELL" and does nothing.
Removed the HD, connected it on a USB device. When I go to explore it on my other computer, it tells me to format this drive.
HOW CAN I GET MY FILES BACK?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
If you truly suspect a trojan, you can try putting the drive back into the proper machine and using another machine try this Microsoft Standalone System Sweeper Beta | Microsoft Connect
Download the program and it will build a bootable CD that you will be able to use to boot the problem PC and perform an offline (Operating System independent) scan of your computer for infections. Run a full system scan and see what shows up.
Have to say that based on the message you received when attaching the drive to the other computer, it doesn't sound promising.
