Solution
It seems like you're facing performance issues due to high System Interrupts causing spikes that freeze your computer and glitch your audio. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this problem:

Steps to Resolve System Interrupts Issue:

  1. BIOS Update:
    • An outdated BIOS can sometimes cause issues with hardware compatibility and performance. Consider updating your BIOS to the latest version provided by ASUS for your motherboard.
    []Check Hardware Connections:
    • Ensure that all your hardware components are correctly connected to your motherboard.

    ]Update Drivers:
    • Make sure you have the latest drivers for all your hardware components, including the AMD processor, ATI Radeon GPU, and Asus WiFi adapter.
    []Check for Hardware Issues:
    • Run hardware diagnostic tests to check for any faulty hardware components.
    [
    ]Reduce Overclocking:
    • Try reverting your processor to the default clock speed to see if the overclocking is causing instability.
    []Check for Background Processes:
    • Use Task Manager to identify any other processes that might be consuming resources and causing the spikes.
    [
    ]Disable Unused Hardware:
    • You can try disabling hardware components that are not in use to see if it improves system stability.
    []Check for Malware:
    • Perform a thorough scan for malware or viruses that could be causing high CPU usage.
    [
    ]Check Power Management Settings:
    • Ensure that your power settings are optimized for performance rather than power saving.

      Additional Information:

      • You mentioned that you are using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. It's important to note that Windows 7 reached its end of support on January 14, 2020. Consider upgrading to a supported version of Windows to ensure security and performance improvements.
      • Given the age of the system components, it might be worth considering a hardware upgrade if troubleshooting does not resolve the issue.

Let's start with updating the BIOS. Do you have any specific concerns or questions regarding these steps?
