Windows 7 Talking Tom Application for Windows phone

My Friend have windows phone and he want Talking Tom application for his windows mobile.Is their any who can help me to give a way to get that application.So that i can help my friend

There are plenty of sites offering Tomtom for Windows Mobile, see here for example:
