Windows 7 The Windows Experience Index for your system could not be computed!

This is how it reads "The assessment or other operation did not complete successfully. This is due to an error being reported from the operating system, driver, or other component" That is the message i get. So why does this happen when i try to run windows 7 experience?

I am using Windows 7 Pro 32bit
EVGA 790i Ultra
Gskill DDR3-1600mhz 4Gb
8800GTS 320mb
2 seagate 500Gb raidO
Q9550 @ 2.8Ghz

Every time i try to run this Experience it stops at the very end and displays that message.

Wasn't there something about this using an anti-virus? Can you turn of Kaspersky and try--disconnect from the net if you are worried.
