Few days ago I install some updates on Windows7 and a problem appear: when I try to rename, create or move some folder it appear windows that says: "Could not find this item" bla bla. The item (folder) is there and when I click Try again everything is ok. The operation is completed. But this is annoying every time this message appear.

There is dot after the address. example:

d:\downloads\test.

I think updates messed something with registry or...

Uninstallling updates didn't help. I have no previous backup of the registry.
Here is screenshot of the message window.

Hard to tell if in the picture the period is for an end of a sentence, or a name.

Does this happen on only specific files/folders?

Can you make a folder then delete it in the same location?

You might check the indexing options in the control panel to see if that path is being indexed.

Have you tried searching for the file before you try to delete it? Maybe give Windows some time to index before you try to delete.
