Fwiw. He spelt "Partition" wrongly, in his last command attempt.
You would be better copying the XP bootfiles from XP partition onto 7 partition.
Boot into 7
Copy and paste ntldr, boot.ini and ntdetect.com. onto root of 7 partition.
Open Easybcd and delete the XP entry.
Then add a new XP entry - this time point it at C
LOL almost.
BOOT INTO 7.
Make sure hidden files and protected o/s files are showing.
Stay booted into 7 and look on the XP partition - you will see them.
They look similar to this:

Copy and paste the three files directly onto C.
Open EASYbcd and remove the XP entry you made earlier.
Ad a new XP entry and choose C as the drive - because you now have copies of the XP bootfiles on C.
Do you have this option on the version of Easybcd you are using? If so , use it.

Can you post a screenshot of Disk Management while booted into 7.
Also the contents of bcd - from the Easybcd program.
Also rt click boot.ini, select edit ( it will open in notepad) - copy and paste the contents into your post.
