Windows 7 Trouble Adjusting Transparency Settings on Dell Inspiron 1464 with Windows 7 Home Basic

Hi everybody, i have an issue for the transparency settings here in my Dell inspiron 1464. They put Windows 7 Home Basic. I didn't get the options for "Personalize". Because of this i couldn't put the transparency effects. If anybody knew about this, how to put it and set the settings for transparency please let me know how to do it. I was trying to find out the issues but i couldn't find it out.

It is not possible to enable transparency in 7 Basic, although you can enable some Aero features with Link Removed - Invalid URL
