When i Enabled the settings to show the disabled devices, it does not even shoe my head phone. I am using Realtek High Definition Audio Driver version 6.0.1.5764. Any help..????

Hey there.

Download and install the Realtek driver from your motherboard or laptop website instead.

Enjoy.

Solution
What type of connection does your Headphones use...ie, usb or 3.5mm jacks? Where are you making the headphone connection to the PC (desktop), back panel or front panel?
