Windows 7 Trouble Setting Up Home Group: Network Settings Issue Despite Home Network Configuration

having a hard time setting up home group its telling me that i dont have a home network which yes im set to home network. Any ideas?

Don't use 'home group' IMO. If you already have a networked connection in your home that uses DHCP, you should still be able to see all the PCs if you open the Network folder.

I wanted to try out home group to use the new feature that allows me to control what music my xbox is playing.
