i have buy genx scanner it work whith windowxp 100% ok but while using window7 it does not work properly while usinng the software Presto! PageManager 7.10 and software presto imageFolio when i put the photo in the scanner and click on the acquire button its strats scannig then error message appears if and body is using genex scanner in widow7 if he know how it works plz tell me thanks i am waiting
