Showing "Rootkit driver not installed" error and PC not starting!

Solution
Did you install a malware scanner?

Rootkit is a type of driver that kicks in before windows starts and is normally used to scan the system.

Rootkit is a bad thing, something to get rid of. Not easy to recognize if it's the "Rootkit driver" not installed or, if it's the "Anti Rootkit driver not installed".

Unfortunately, XP is dead and gone, its support ended in April this year. XP is a security hazard. You need to go up to at least Windows 7. http://www.tomshardware.com/news/support-windows-7-windows-vista-updates-tech-support,14761.html
