After I updated on 8/5/2019 all apps pinned to the taskbar were removed and I am no longer able to pin an app to the taskbar. Is there any way of restoring my ability to pin apps to the taskbar?
Can't explain it but the problem just disappeared. I did download the 8/6 update and maybe the fix was in it. Don't know, I suspect I don't care. The problem is gone.
