I installed 7RC from MS, all went fine, I've not done anything unusual in the setup, all updates are installed, graphics ok etc. I created the initial account admin account, then from that a second admin.
Changed to that admin account, set it up etc, and created 3 other Standard accounts from here.
Now only my 2nd Admin account works; the problem being I cannot resize, maximize or close with 'X' as they former do nothing, the latter is greyed out. This is only on the other accounts, not my main account, be they admin or standard.

Any ideas or slutions?
I tried running regedit but that didn't help, nor did a supposed fix of copying my working %appdata% folder to that of the other accounts.
