Windows 7 Unable to Start Internet Explorer: Error Message Reappears After Click

i can't start ie.
after clicking ok, the same message would pop up.

i tried the mat ie but still no solution. pls help

Follow this article and try the steps and see if that works Troubleshooting General Issues with Internet Explorer | Captain Debugger if that didn't help then Download Malwarebytes and install it. Reboot the System in Safe Mode and run a complete scan.

Thanks anyway but I solved it through control panel, internet options, advanced tab then reset.
