Windows 7 Unexpected BSOD result in Win7 Home premium 64bit

Hi everyone!

I have recently had *.dump files appear in my comp. I cannot specify what is the cause of this problem. I am uploading it here and for those who may wish to review it. thank you!

here is the spec of my comp.
-os - Win7 Home premium 64bit
-asrock n68c-s ucc motherboard
-amd athlon 2 x4 processor
-300GB SATA harddisk
-4GB ddr3 (dual channel mode)
-onboard video card only

i had this problem always on the first use of the day then bsod will appear.
I will turn the comp off and wait after 2-3 minutes i will turn it on again and it will works fines. (sorry for my bad english) thanks again for any suggestion..

i already run the memtest and no problem found.
all driver are updated (bios, lan, onboard videocard,..)
windows7 is updated.
