Windows 7 Unexpected BSOD result in Win7 Home premium 64bit

Hi everyone!

I have recently had *.dump files appear in my comp. I cannot specify what is the cause of this problem. I am uploading it here and for those who may wish to review it. thank you!:p

here is the spec of my comp.
-os - Win7 Home premium 64bit
-asrock n68c-s ucc motherboard
-amd athlon 2 x4 processor
-300GB SATA harddisk
-4GB ddr3 (dual channel mode)
-onboard video card only

i had this problem always on the first use of the day then bsod will appear.
I will turn the comp off and wait after 2-3 minutes i will turn it on again and it will works fines. (sorry for my bad english) thanks again for any suggestion..

i already run the memtest and no problem found.
all driver are updated (bios, lan, onboard videocard,..)
windows7 is updated.

Install this latest nForce chipset driver package to update your old drivers related:

Thank you Sir for your response. No more bsod appears in the ff day after i update the driver.. thanks again sir..
