Windows 7 Upgrade to Windows 10

Hello,
I am running Windows 7 Professional, 3.00 gigahertz Intel Core i5-7400, Board: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME B250-PLUS Rev X.0x, UEFI: American Megatrends Inc. 0608 03/24/2017. I have downloaded an ISO of windows 10 from Microsoft. My queston is do I get the option of an upgrade or is it a full install? I don't want to have to instal all my programs again.

You can do either. A clean install is preferred but you can simply upgrade too.
