Windows 7 Upgrading Despite Compatibility Screen Warnings: Is It Safe to Proceed?

Is it possible to go on with the upgrade even though the compatitibilty screen is suggesting you uninstall or upgrade a driver before proceeding?

I currently have Vista Home Premium and going to Win 7 Ultimate

I would suggest you do a "clean" install, rather than an upgrade.

An upgrade leaves hundreds of leftover files on your system and can cause conflicts.

Just pop i the DVD ISO, and select the Advanced box rather than the Upgrade.

Be aware, you'll have to re-install all your 3rd party applications.
