Windows 7 Upgrading form Vista

Hi guys, I'm new here and am currently thinking of upgrading to Windows 7 from my current Vista (32-bit) and just have a quick question, which i'm sorry if it's bben answered already.

When you upgrade to W7, can you keep all your current programs (Photoshop, iTunes, uTorrent, etc.) or do you have to go back and install them all over again? And does this also go for Anti-virus software (McAfee) - will it stay on my computer when W7 is installed??

Any help with this would be most grateful.

Only if you upgrade Home > Home, Pro > Pro or Ultimate > Ultimate.
Some programs will ask you for serial number again.

Well I'll more than likely be upgrading to Windows 7 Home Premium from Vista Home Premium
