Windows 7 USB Mic & Webcam Not Working

I have a skype usb web cam/microphone however neither will work.

On XP i simply plugged it in and it used the general drivers for the devices.

Can i get it to do this on windows 7?

if they are branded...try the brands website in case theres a issue fix or driver for them.
