I'm trying to get my Apple keyboard and Magic Mouse to work with Windows 7. I previously had it working great on Windows 8, but then we downgraded to Windows 7 and now it's not working.

I downloaded all of the drivers through Apple Boot Camp, and then I add the devices through Bluetooth. They show up under devices, but they don't officially connect, and I can tell that because both Apple devices blink, which means they're ready to pair.

Can anyone help?

4. Apple Keyboard and Mouse Control Panel:
- Once installed, check the Control Panel for Apple-specific configuration options. You might find additional settings there to ensure proper operation.

5. Bluetooth Chipset Drivers:
- Ensure that the drivers for your onboard Bluetooth chipset are up to date. Go to the manufacturer's website for the latest drivers if needed.

6. Troubleshooting:
- Run the Windows Bluetooth Troubleshooter to diagnose any issues that might be present.

7. Alternative Drivers:
- If the Boot Camp drivers don't work, you can explore third-party software like Apple Boot Camp Control Panel or Magic Utilities for better compatibility.

By following these steps, you should be able to get your Apple keyboard and Magic Mouse working smoothly with Windows 7.
