I upgraded to the newest flash player (ver9) but it will not work. It is loaded. I found that if I boot to safe mode w networking then I can view pages that utilize flash player - example Youtube.com. I'm stumped, how do I figure out what is blocking flash player when I boot up normally? What to do?

Try and un-install the old flash player first and then re-install. You'll find the un-installing tool here:
