Re: Vista 'organisation' bar in Windows 7's explorer?
If anyone is wondering about this, I've found two ways that it can be accomplished. (And in fact it's actual called the column header bar, not the organisation bar) 
The first, and quickest, is if you download 
this from deviant art. Remember to right click the install batch file once extracted and run it as an Administrator though.
Or, alternatively, you could download an application called 
QTTabBar, and as the name suggests it does a lot more than just give you a column header bar. In fact this option is actually turned off by default. Once installed, right click the bar and click options to enable it.
Hope I helped anyone facing this dilema too.
