M Mongo New Member Feb 12, 2017 #1 Just purchased a new Dell Optiplex with the latest (so it says) version of Win10 Pro OS. Downloaded VLC from the VideoLan website. It downloaded and installed ok but the menus are in Thai. How can I change that to English?
