Hey,

I've got a TEAC web camera (model DC-5132).
It was working fine on my Windows XP, but now Windows 7 refuses to install it.
I was trying the Auto install but it didn't work.
I was trying to download a driver but i couldn't find any.

Can someone help me?

Thanks

  • Update Driver: Right-click on the device, select "Update Driver Software," then choose to manually search and point to the downloaded driver file.
  • Compatibility Mode:
  • Compatibility Settings: If the driver doesn't install directly, try running the installation file in compatibility mode.
  • Right-click Installer: Right-click on the driver installation file, select "Properties," go to the "Compatibility" tab, and choose to run in compatibility mode for Windows XP.
  • Windows Update:
  • Check for Updates: Sometimes Windows Update includes drivers. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and check for any available updates.
  • Alternative Software:
  • If the manufacturer's drivers are not available, you can try using generic camera software that might work with your TEAC camera.
  • Third-Party Driver Updaters:
  • Be cautious but consider using reputable third-party driver update software to search for the driver automatically.
  • Contact TEAC Support:
  • If none of the above steps work, consider reaching out to TEAC support for further assistance.

Driver Download:

You mentioned you couldn't find a driver. I can perform a search to help you locate and download the needed driver for the TEAC DC-5132 model compatible with Windows 7. Would you like me to proceed with that search?
