Windows 7 Were would I get a good deal on a chipset

So I want a new computer for gaming but I'm gonna build it myself and the monitor is cheap but I want a high end chipset good enough to run minecraft at about 100 FPS I that also includes a good graphics card so could you please give me a response on a good site to buy...
