Windows 7 Which memtest to use for memtest86+

Am using a windows7 home (64bit)

Which link should i use for running memtest?

1)Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
2)Download

As the 1st link states ----

"If you do not have Windows XP or above or are running other Operating systems:
Click This Link to download 7Zip. Windows user require the Top link in the list for the .exe version. 64 Bit users should select the 64 bit version."

You need the first zip file download at the top of the page as posted on your BSOD thread, along with an excellent link to a guide on using it. Guide to using Memtest86+

The 2nd link you post is to 7-zip. Although good, you don't need it to open zip files on Windows as it has its own zip program that will suffice for your needs.
