Hi, I have a problem connecting to wifi on my laptop. It's funny because when I plug in an usb adapter (D-Link) it works fine. It's also funny because the built-in adapter in the laptop does see all the networks, also when the computer tells me if I give a wrong key to the network. I have installed the most recent drivers, the problem is the same with WEP, WPA and a not secured network.
The computer is MSI Wind u230, the os - Windows 7 with all the updates, the adapter - Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller.

Looks like the problem is with the adapter.
Try;
Disabling IPv6 in the properties of the wireless adapter.
Also look into dumbing down the adapter see if there are setting that you can change to G only, or B/G, or B only
Try a different channel on the router.
