I updated to win10 from 7 home premium. I opened the store, I created a hotmail account and I downloaded some apps. I closed my pc and it changed the windows login method from windows password to email and password. Since then I cant login. I am sure that my email password is correct, but when I press enter to login says Welcome and after about 2mins displays again the login screen and then a screen with a landscape and the time.
Can someone help me please? Thank you.

Solution
It seems like your PC is stuck in a login loop after the Windows 10 update. Here are some steps to address this issue:
Potential Solutions:
- Enter Safe Mode:
- Try booting into Safe Mode by repeatedly pressing the F8 key during startup.
- Safe Mode may allow you to bypass the login loop and troubleshoot further.
- If you have a restore point set, boot into Safe Mode and attempt a System Restore to a point before the problematic update.
- Use a password reset tool like "Offline NT Password & Registry Editor," booting from a USB or CD, to reset your Microsoft account password.

- Boot from a Windows 10 USB or DVD and choose the Repair Your Computer option. Use this to troubleshoot or repair the installation.
- From the Windows 10 installation media, you can also choose to reset the system, keeping or removing personal files.
- You may need to disable the automatic login feature, which is likely causing the login loop, after accessing the Advanced Startup Options.
- If the issue persists, reaching out to Microsoft Support, especially since the login method has been altered, could help resolve the problem effectively.
Additional Considerations:
- Ensure there are no connectivity issues if you have to log in using a Microsoft account.
- Make sure the date and time settings on your PC are correct, as authentication can fail otherwise.
- Backup any critical data if needed before making significant changes to your system.
