Windows 7 WIN 7 64-bit Pro Genuine problem with official OEM version

I looked through the other posts, and read everything but didn't find a correct answer for my situation.

As I build my own PCs, I purchased an official OEM System Builder pack at an official Microsoft reseller in Belgium. With other words I have serial nbr, COA barcodes ans so one.

Since two week I got those annoying genuine messages with 0x8004fe22 code.
Although I filled in the questionnaire of Microsoft with codes and address of the reseller, they ask me to send my copy to an office in Ireland and there they will decide if I will receive a new package with appropriate product codes.
I find this very strange as through the codes on my package Microsoft must be able to check out the originality of my package, so for the moment I don't send anything.

I'm convinced the OEM package is the one in fault because every time the Genuine control suggest me to buy an end-user version.

Is there a fix to stop those genuine controls?
What will happen in the long term if I continue to ignore those messages?

Kind regards

Solution
You are correct that Microsoft takes a snapshot of your system for the activation. An OEM version has to stay on the same system, so changing some components might cause the activation to be invalid.

Here are a couple of Links, if you haven't already seen them. The Second one has the same tampered file as you seem to show(slui.exe). The first one is just a general Windows site for Genuine type questions.

The poster in this thread did repair his problem, but not by using the suggestion for rebuilding the Licensing folder.
To help me, here is the MDADiag report:

That sounds really strange. Are you certain that this is not a scam.
I don't think so but one can never be sure. I know scam can look very professional, the address they give me to send up the OEM disk is: Microsoft PID Centre Atrium Building, Block B Carmen Hall Road Sandyford Industrial Estate Dublin 18 Ireland and does exits according to Google Maps. But I didn't send-up anything, I don't trust this at tha moment. Meantime I discover a threat on the same topic: Link Removed But it's more on Win XP than WIN7. Anyway is there a scam detecting program for this particular issue? And one last thing, a couple of weeks ago I installed a supplementary intern HD. I remember vaguely that Microsoft has a kind of signature of my PC and that signature changes when changing hardware inside the PC. Is this correct and can it be the cause of the genuine messages? Kind regards

Solution
Windows 7 Validation error 0x8004fe22
The poster in this thread did repair his problem, but not by using the suggestion for rebuilding the Licensing folder.

I run following, as noted in the thread:
Recreate the Licensing Store
1) Click Start button.
2) Type: CMD.exe into the 'Search programs and files' field
3) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select Run as Administrator
4) Type: net stop sppsvc (It may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
Note: the Software Protection service may not be running, this is ok.
5) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform
6) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
7) Type: cd %windir%\system32
8) Type: net start sppsvc
9) Type: slui.exe OK, so far
10) After a couple of seconds Windows Activation dialog will appear. You may be asked to re-activate and/or re-enter your product key or Activation may occur automatically. This did'nt happen !!!

Run MGADiag again, and post the report

The MGADiag software generates a report but gives errors when trying to copy it !

That procedure did not repair the problem in the referenced thread either, but I suppose it might have worked. The original poster in the other thread said he reinstalled the Windows 7 Upgrade, which fixed his problem.

I do not know if he reinstalled by running the Upgrade again, or did a Repair Install by reinstalling from within the OS.

I was trying to compare the reports from the other thread between the other bad one, the other good one, and yours.

I found this which might mean something. The other thread was referencing a Retail version of the software, so some of what you show might be related to that. But I got this from your report.

This threat didn't resolve anything. Someone another suggestion?
