Hello,

Almost everyday I am facing this issue of bsod.

BSOD happens on three different types of activities

1. When I disconnect Reliance netconnect modem using the reliance software.
2. When I disconnect from vpn while using reliance netconnect
3. Today, it crashed while I was surfing online without reliance netconnect. I was connected on wlan to my local router.

I have attached the minidump file for today (#3 activity) and yesterday (#1 activity). If someone can guide as to what the issue could be and how to resolve it. Googling reveals that it could be a driver issue.

Event log had following events
1. For today - The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80002c86915). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 080812-21777-01.

2. For yesterday - The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0xfffff98000006866, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80002ff1056). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 080712-21762-01.

Thank you for looking into the issue.

Both of them seems to have been caused by vfilter.sys, which according to google is part of Shrew Soft's VPN Client, check if there's a newer version available.
