Does anyone know from where I can get the Windows 8 driver for the webcam iOne Phenix Q8?

You can also find it under the name SIGMA CAM 2350.

Can someone help me, please ?

Apparently there are only drivers for Vista and 7. You could try using the windows 7 driver in compatibility mode...might get you working.
