Windows 7 window are look big in size (horizontally)

Hello Friend,
I am new here and i am in a trouble that in mvy dell n41110 laptop windows are looking big in size.I can't solve the problem, i am facing this issue after new windows 7 64 bit set up.
I expecting you help regarding the issue.

did you try to up the resolution?
If this is a fresh install of windows 7 you may wish to install some updates as for me that corrected the resolution issues I had without the need of the driver.

Right click on desktop and select "Screen resolution" and change settings to 100% if it is on different settings (125%, etc.). Make sure your screen resolution is also set on recommended highest setting..

It is already 100% set but then the problem is existence.
