Windows 10 Windows 10 not booting.

I ran the update for windows 10 earlier today, and the computer accepted it. It downloaded the update, installed it and everything like that. When it booted up next, it booted up straight into windows 7.
I cannot run the update again, as the window gets to the working on it page, but then just closes unexpectedly every single time.
Please help.

Current version: Win 7 32bit
Computer: Toshiba Satelite Pro L500-1DE

I would use the Link Removed and just whack the update button (you don't have to make a CD/DVD/USB)

have just tried that, however when the media creation tool got to verifying download, the program jut closed, and nothing has happened!!
