Windows 10 windows 10 outlook 2016 and Samsung Smart Switch

Is anyone having issues with Samsung smart switch and outlook 2016. When I go to smart switch preferences and click on update both I get many duplicates and in some cases triplicated and quadruplicates. They are both set to first name first. I have deleted all the contacts in the phone and then did a sync and lost many of my contacts that were in Outlook. Has anyone else had similar issues and have a solution for ensuring an accurate sync?

Have never used it, I'd suggest looking at their support page or forums for something product specific.
