Today i turned on my pc and the explorer.exe error appeared, i refreshed the screen and the icons appeared , but the start button didn't work , i tried to make troubleshoot but nothing... the worst part is that i can't acces the internet. Is there a way to star windows recovery\reset without the start button ?

Please answer as fast as you can...

but it needs an administrator account

press [windows key] + [r] type "netplwiz" without quotes ... press advanced and advanced.
An image from 'Windows 10 problem'. Windows User Accounts dialog on the Advanced tab showing password and user management options.

this will show all the accounts on the machine.
1. [windows key] + [r] and type "recovery" without quotes to go to the windows sys32 recovery file.
2. Another option is [windows key] + [x] then press [p] for the control panel and work from there.

is this issue on the current 10 built or one of the older ones?

I entered the troubleshoot mode via safe mode , but it needs an administrator account, when i try to make my account an administrator the button simply hide himself.... how can i make an standart account administraor?

The built is 9926
