## About the Canary Channel

The Canary Channel is designed for platform changes that require an extended lead time before being ready for general release. It includes major changes, such as updates to the Windows kernel and new APIs. Builds in this channel are released shortly after being developed, meaning that they undergo minimal validation and documentation before deployment. Notably, these builds might have significant issues requiring a possible reinstallation of Windows in rare cases.

Important links include the Windows Insider Program documentation and the Flight Hub, which provides details on the builds available in each Insider channel.

Note: Builds in the Canary Channel may not match any specific Windows release, and some features may never be publicly released.
